Onboading Dashboard showing status of the hiring process
New Hire Onboarding Dashboard provided at-a-glance overview of the onboarding.
Before we had the Onboarding Dashboard, we had to visit multiple tools to understand the status of an onboarding.

01 — Problem

Many tools with their own method for communicating status

The onboarding experience of a new hire is a crucial first step of the employee at the company, but it is difficult to iron out this experience because of the many tools required to onboard an employee. For example, background checks, setting up network accounts, issuing computers, were all managed by different tools. This meant a hiring manager had to get familiar with multiple tools to check if there is a roadblock in the hiring process.

02 — Solution

New Hire Onboarding Dashboard integrated with multiple services through APIs to provide the status or roadblock to the hiring manager and HR. Notifications provided updates on the status.

The hiring manager can easily identify which candidate's hiring process is stalled.

03 — Impact

  • Reduced learning curve for the hiring managers.
  • Easier to identify roadblocks in the hiring process.
  • Improved accuracy of estimated date for employee to start, resulting in improved team planning.
